Chizuko Ueno spoke at a seminar hosted by Teikoku Databank America, Inc. The subject was "What you can and can not do when your business partner goes into bankruptcy - from contract negotiation point of view."  Other speakers were Mr. Hirofumi Hatanaka of Teikoku Databank who spoke about recent trends in bankruptcy filings and credit report in the US and Mr. Hirotaka Mizutani of Coface North America who made a presentation about their collection, credit insurance and factoring services. 

All presentations were made in Japanese before the audience of over sixty people who represented financial institutions, trading companies, manufacturers and other various industries.
